The flowers were absolutely beautiful. Was great to talk to a live person without waiting or going thru a management computerized system! Easy and nice experience. I always get frustrated with the delivery charges ($20) especially when I choose family owned businesses in the vicinity of my recipient… all the flower shops put the delivery charge at very end after you spent time filling out all the order… I’m sure that’s intentional.. sad… but just another way to get to consumer… with that said…again, flowers were very nice!!!! Did a great job!

I made an international order and it went fine, except for that the Vietnamese language in the card was not printed well - I supposed it was because the printer of the shop did not have the proper font. But above all, the flower was nice. Thank you for your service.
